Restoring original folder doesn't help - I still need to go through default startup wizard. I did some tests and noticed the same happens if I manually delete/rename default notes folder and run QOwnNotes then - all settings are reset again. In other words, I must do everything from scratch. I then reboot OS, try to run QOwnNotes again, but default startup window is still here, and it doesn't allow me to start using app unless I choose default folder for notes, specify theme, etc. If I launch QOwnNotes then, it displays default startup window, and all settings are lost. Sometimes, after system update (like 1 out of 50 times), antergos fails to automount encrypted RAID during first boot. I run antergos on SSD, and store notes on Luks RAID (2 x HDD in mirror mode, encrypted with Luks and auto-mounted during boot). I really mean all - theme, toolbars, layout, every single option is reset. Have you used QOwnNotes before? Do this using your ownCloud’s web interface from the settings section. QOenNotesAPI and Notes ownCloud apps are listed as experimental projects so you will need to have experimental apps enabled in order to find and install them. The good news is that you can automatically install all of them from the ownCloud web interface. $ dnf config-manager -add-repo $releasever/įor other Linux distributions, you can follow installation instructions at the following link.įor you to integrate QOwnNotes with your ownCloud you’ll need to have your ownCloud server, as well as Notes, QOwnNotesAPI, and Tasks or Tasks Plus OwnCloud apps. $ sudo bash -c "echo 'deb /' > /etc/apt//qownnotes.list" $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pbek/qownnotes ![]() It is available to download as a Snap app, Flatpak, and AppImage, or via a PPA for Ubuntu Linux, elementary OS, and Linux Mint.
